burning a frog back to the boat and having a DD hit it at the boat is luck. I'd like to see someone get "lucky" by punching mats silently and pulling bass out. that's all knowledge and skill. no rooster tail and zebco combo is pulling that off.

I choose color on water clarity and what gives bass best profile or reaction. I'm not sure how this lure improves anything. It moves same amount of water and has same flash of color. This will sell lures no doubt and that's the ultimate goal of a successful business.

I won't be buying either, it's made to catch fishermen. You think a bass has time to inspect those baits and choose it over a standard version of the same lure?

Any thoughts on this boat? http://swv.craigslist.org/boa/4271909988.html I've never had a boat before and am looking for a cheap starter. My small truck (04 nissan frontier v6) should be able to haul this smaller boat better than 19 footers (and it'll fit in the garage). The 50 HP motor is a bit concerning, but I don't have experience with outboards and really don't need to start with 200hp. I would like to get into tournament fishing either this year or next, but I think this boat will suffice. Should I ask for more pictures, especially of the motor? Thanks fellas

What do other people here have? I'd like to get a work bench and a rod holder/storage rack for the basement but not sure what accessories to put with it.

evolve nervous walker in green leopard. walks great and is incredibly soft. but I want to try bronze eye popper and sprouts king daddy. I want to try black and white. I don't believe bass can see the detail color on frogs but white and black provide the best outlines and therefore targets.
