  2. From my experience that time of the year, the bite should be pretty good. You could key on docks with just about anything, or work some weed lines
  3. I fish tubes all year and in all conditions. Ive always felt it can be very versatile no matter what type of cover or structure you are fishing. I rig them on a tube jig.
  4. Squarebill: Bandit Square bill and Bandit 100 series Lipless: Strike King Red Eye Shad Jerkbait: Megabass Vision 110 Top water: Damiki D Pop 70
  5. Where Im from in Ohio jerk baits are always a go to bait also texas rigged tubes, slow rolling spinnerbaits and shad raps seem to do the trick.
  6. Good to know, it seems like it could be a game changer!
  7. Just curious if anyone see's a major difference in there fishing while using one. I've read a few articles where some pros always have it ready or won't leave without one whether it be a hydrowave or an older model. Ive heard mixed reviews so I'd like to hear what you guys think.
  8. It may be good for trout but, used it a lot for bass and it seems to fray real easy. Lost a lot of fish from the line breaking even after re tying. But with that being said it could of been a bad batch or two because I have some more spooled up and haven't had any troubles yet. Also I'll be up in Stoney Creek in April!!!
  9. Maybe it's a sign that you need more!!!
  10. Well seems that everything is for mainly freshwater and most topics are based around largemouth/smallies/spots, usually the main discussion points. Also probably why they created an Other Species Forum.
  11. You can't fish in hell, when hell is this winter!
  12. I own 5 and couldn't be happier with them, never had a problem.Just a perk they look kinda cool! Cant see why people don't like them.......I must of missed the memo!
  13. Okay, well at least I know Im not the only one with this method!!!
  14. I'll tell you one thing after the winter we've been having, you won't see me complaining about the heat this summer. Right now I'll take anything above freezing!!!
  15. This past summer I was out fishing with my dad and we got caught in a deep fog and could barely see the shoreline from where we were fishing, we were fishing a weed line and I was throwing a crank bait straight out of the front of the boat, and as I pulled my bait out of the water a musky jumped clear out of the water at my crank bait, it jumped right into the trolling motor and in one motion I basically jumped to the back of the boat, never seen anything like it! My dad thought I fell in!!! haha
  16. Ya I think we will definitely be taking it somewhere, YouTube just makes it look easy haha!!!
  17. Me and my dad have been debating on buying one and could use some help. I have used other boats with it and it feels great not having to lean back on the seat and just stand up straight. Has anyone had any experience installing one themselves and if so which tray would you recommend? We may take it somewhere and have them do it just because my dad really doesn't want to be the one drilling into his boat, we have a 2001 Javelin Renegade 20. Any previous experiences or tips would help. Thanks
  18. I work at a Toyota dealership.
  19. What he said lol I also have a pair of S11's and for the price they're great!!!
  20. Thats what I've been thinking, they look good and seem like a good concept but want to see a review before I buy some.
  21. Just wondering if anyone has used any of these yet, Im interested in trying the jerkbaits but wanted to see if anyone had any reviews on them, they look great curious if they live up to the hype.
  22. Hello everyone, I'll be taking a trip to Lake Keowee in South Carolina around mid February and was just curious if anyone had any tips on fishing this lake at that time of year, or what to expect. Thanks for your help
