Hey if ur not sure just mix colors... green pumpkin with a black trailer. Black and blue jig with green pumpkin trailer. That defiantly works for me. Especially the green pumpkin jig with a black trailer

I would love to get a replica mount made!! I bet ya my girlfriend would love that hanging on our wall.(hehe) no but seriously I would like one. Just too dang expensive. I caught two fish I would have liked replicated. One was a 18" smallie ( a fat one too) and the other was a 21" largemouth. Maybe ill ask for one for christmas orsomthin. no maps that I know of. the only structure or coverthat I know of is the ones that I see above water which would be the wooden pillars sticking out of the ground or the wooden skids that are anchored (turtle habitat). all of the cover is maybe 20 yards from the shore. Maybe use google earth and zoom in.

Definitely spinnerbaits... fish them at any depth. More forgiving in vegatation that the patomic has in summer.

I have always had better success with chunk trailers. Smaller trailers. Compact. I believe its all about experimenting though. See what the bass want.

X2. Piece of masking tape on the butt of the rod. Write the weight on the tape. Or color coat weight with marker on the butt of the rod. Blue=8lb..red=15..black = 20..etc.

I like McCoy extra clear.very little memory and smooth.6 OR 8 LB. POWERPRO superslick in 15 or 20 lb I like too. .Braid is nice because of lack of stretch and no memory. I just dont like catching fish on braid. Dont know, not use to it I guess. Caught a 12" perch on a tube and it felt like a 3 lber. Hah!. I wanna have it though for certain situations. two rods one with braid and one straight copolymer.

yea probably between 15lb to 20lb braid. then tie to a 8lb to 10lb leader.. you could look up Aaron Martens videos and learn a lot of leader tying info. He's the man for that.

Thanks man. as a top coat I chose to put a few coats of crystal clear enamel spray paint cause it was cheaper. Seams like it will do the job. Pretty hard surface.
