Do You Guys Ever Need A Break From Fishing?
That's how I feel right now. Just grinding to catch a fish after a 10 hour day doing labor in the sun 6 days a week. Hopefully I get back into when work slows down and the weather cools.

- Do You Guys Ever Need A Break From Fishing?
I've been going out a lot lately and when I have been on the water I've realized that I haven't been into it as much as I think I should. I'm not saying that I don't love fishing because fishing is my favorite thing in the world. I think I may need a break just to get some of my ambition and motivation back. Have you guys ever needed to take a break to "get back into it"? I'm curious to see everyone's take on this. Tight lines gentlemen!- Who's Your Daddy?

A nice 3.3 lb fish. Hopefully get some bigger fish, but my size of caught fish has gone up tremendously since last year so I can't complain. Finally seeing some improvement in my fishing! Keep those lines tight gentlemen.- Anyone Have Any Luck In Southern Nh Yet? (4/6/12)
Considering the whole place is stocked with trout every year, no wonder why this fish got so big. All the bass there get to eat fat fish year round. I bet there are bigger fish than a 10 in there too!- 2Nd Pb This Year

4 pounds flat, caught in a farm pond, which I only thought contained dinks. This fish was so satisfying due to the fact that I broke her off Sunday and was really bothered by it. I was determined to "re-catch" her. I can sleep easy now...LOL.- Odd Fishing Question
I finally got her in the middle of an absolute downpour. Smacked my Senko, and ran with it. She weighed in at 4 lb flat. I can finally sleep easy...LOL.- Odd Fishing Question
I've found a nice farm pond (very small) with a lot of great bass in it. The few times I have been fishing there I have been getting great numbers, but no size. The last time I went I hooked up to an actual decent sized fish, but I lost it when my line snapped. I know I have a high chance of catching the same fish multiple times (due to the size of the pond), but I want to know if I will be able to catch that fish I lost again? I was using a big 8 inch rubber worm, which was Texas Rigged with a 3/0 offset shank hook. Will the hook and worm fall out of the fishes mouth or not? Also if the hook or worm do not fall out of the fishes mouth do I still have a chance to catch this fish? I am also looking for the big bite, so would it be smart to continue to use the big worms too even though there is a potential that the largest bass in the pond may still have one stuck in its lip? Any responses would be awesome! Tight lines guys- Anyone Have Any Luck In Southern Nh Yet? (4/6/12)
Got out on the water for awhile. The bite was a lot tougher than I thought it was going to be, but managed to get a few on a jig with a zoom super chunk as a trailer. The biggest one of the day was 3.4 lb.- Anyone Have Any Luck In Southern Nh Yet? (4/6/12)
Didn't fish for over a week and was on the verge of going insane. Went out to a new pond I found and finally put some good fish in the boat. At the end of the day I'd caught 8 largemouth. It was a nice couple hours on the water. This was one of the fish caught- Braid To Fluoro Knot, Tired Of Failures

2 months away from owning my Glock, but as of right now my 18 inch machete will do the trick. I really hope to God I never have to use it, but if the situation ever does present itself I know I'll be prepared. The world is a crazy place, and it's crazy to think that dangerous scenarios happen even with a peaceful hobby like fishing.- Anyone Have Any Luck In Southern Nh Yet? (4/6/12)
Went out today for an hour and got my first nice jig fish. I was pretty pumped.- Anyone Have Any Luck In Southern Nh Yet? (4/6/12)

Awesome, I appreciate the quick response.- What Type Of Line Should I Use For Backing
Hey guys, so basically I'm using 17 lb test fluorocarbon line and I don't want to spool my full bait caster with it. I heard most people use monofilament, and if so I have a few questions. How much backing do I put on the reel? Do I match the fluorocarbon lb test with the mono lb test? How much of my fluorocarbon line do I use for a leader? Awesome, thanks guys!- Anyone Use A Float Tube?
