Had a great morning in NYS fishing with my Dad. Caught 3 LM.

No trout that I know of, but I have been fishing there every weekend for 4 years. LM Bass, crappie, perch, and bluegill.

Received my Sneaky Snake from the auction site today.

I keep second line out with a skinny Senko on a circle hook with a bobber when I kayak/canoe fish. Usually catch 1 or 2 LM Bass throughout the day on that 2nd rod.

I accidentally cast through a treee, and as soon as the lure hit the water a Bass hit it. After I took the picture I then lowered it back into the water, and my fishing buddy was able to snag my line and reel it in. The bass was released and seemed to be OK ! (the camera is zoomed all the way in, so it appears closer than it actually was)

I have been to both and prefer the PA store.

Hi everyone, I have a NY fishing license and see that I am allowed to fish in parts of the Vermont side of Lake Champlain also. I was wondering if anyone here has come across this question also. Does this count for shore fishing or just from boat ? I read both states websites but I did not see if this also includes shore fishing.

Me and my dad have fished from the shore this fall using nightcrawlers on dropshot. We have both caught more LM Bass this fall than ever before. We cast out and SLOWLY reel it in, it has worked for us here in upstate NY.
