  1. I'm betting it was a full size brush hog.
  2. Yah, it's a pretty big deal and something everyone should get checked. Doesn't seem like prostate cancer gets the attention it should.
  3. Stay tuned for another round on Friday! My 2016 number is still 0!!!
  4. Yes. I trim my poppin pad crashers legs down to about an inch. They walk perfect. I trim all my frogs like to get them to walk tighter and keep sunfish from jacking with the legs. Wore largie out on the Cricket poppin pad crasher last year.
  5. They are durable as hell, great action and can be used many different ways. Rig it vertical on a bladed jig from C&C Custom Baits and hold on.
  6. That's a great idea. The early 90s model Nitro (Rick Cluny editions) had these on both sides of the front deck to put cushions down with. Guess to make it a fish and ski type deal.
  7. Ok. I may pick up a pack and give them a try. I am die hard horny toad user, but my curiosity is peaked.
  8. How durable is the ribbit? They seem so thin backed that I always figured they wouldn't be too durable. Do you texas rig it or run it with a double frog hook?
  9. It was solid for me and Bluebasser last year. Can't think of a single tournament we fished that the poppin pad crasher didn't contribute and/or carry it.
  10. Been there, done that and it never get's any better.
  11. Just depends on the tournament. Most jackpot style ones you can fish in anything. I've seen scamps to pontoons. Just check tournament regs.
  12. The bad thing is that doesn't even surprise me... lol
  13. I always throw the booyah poppin pad crasher now. Can pop or walk it. No other frog gets the nod anymore.
  14. Wouldnt. Slack line and waiting for seconds would miss most fish around here.
  15. Jig most of the time. However on my home lake if you are willing to drag a C Rig thru the hydrilla and tree lines you will catch your kickers. Just have to be ok with maybe 5 bites.
  16. I've probably got 10. Really it's all the same brand 2 different weights, different blades and colors.
  17. Man... you wouldn't touch a fish in our waters if you used that hook set method here.
  18. Those d**n ozark hillbillies. Lol
  19. Man... idk buddy. That should be a perfect set up. I throw them on 12-15 mono on a 4/0 twist lock ewg on a burner reel but basically slow roll them and they stay up and throw great water. I'd try another pack, if you have the same issue move to a rage toad.
  20. I've always assumed the crawfish thing. Related to the wart bite in cold water. Bait fish chasers usually have sharp teeth and crawfish eaters are red. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it. Lol
  21. Yeah buddy!
  22. Had to get a bad pack or are rigging it wrong. What hook, line? Folks around here claim I have an addiction to them...
