  1. Sorry to hear about it, been there done that. Urologist gave me 2 tips on preventing them. Drink plenty of real cranberry juice before bed, and stay away from anything with the artificial sweetener aspartame. Hope you feel better.

    I am there with you....
  7. Is it Sunday yet? I love this show!
  8. Yeah, I don't see this holding up. This kinda reminds me of another thing I find oddly funny. Is that you buy a CD or DVD you can't send the files to friends and family, for free. However you can resell the CD or DVD to a store and have them resell it, with the original artist and RIAA not seeing any of that money.
  9. Using IE is a big enough problem, they make 12 step programs for that type of affliction.

Well it might be a lost cause I just picked up some waders and wader boots from a LLBean Outlet store 2 weeks ago. The boots were $40 and the waders were $75 they were of the non neoprene variety.
  12. Well not to hijack the thread, however what do people call "The Northeast"? On this forum its classified as (Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont). Now all well and good but to me its the New England states ( Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont) plus Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Michigan is about as north east as Wisconsin. Just goes to show you its all in where you are from.
  13. HAHAHAHA! That video is funny. They have the same light show as KISS did when I saw them in the 1980s. Glad I don't listen to country too much.
  14. I don't claim to know the details about what exactly is being discussed at the bargaining table. However I do know that the NFL generated $9,000,000,000.00 in revenue last year. I also have heard that the striking refs collectively want an extra $2,000,000.00 for compensation. My opinion is this, the owners come across as being incredibly greedy, and short-sighted to let their huge money making industry fall into the hands of some pretty woefully incompetent at times officiating.
  15. Nice to hear from you Russ.
  16. Surprised not one vote for Big Ben Roethlisberger. Brady Rodgers Eli Brees Rivers Is my list, I hope the Pats can get back to the SB and meet up with some team other than the giants.
  17. The blame for this joke in officiating does not lie with the replacement refs. They are literally HS football refs, this lies with the owners and the NFL. They make billions of dollars and they cant pay the refs that officiate the game. If the replacements continue to ref at the start of the regular season this is a huge black eye for the NFL. The US loves this sport and owners just do nothing but make money and they cant agree to terms with the refs, that is pretty sad.
  18. Great work! Heading down the home stretch, keep up the good work.
  19. Well use my misfortune and take some time to check over your trailers. I was recently on vacation and had my trailer frame break. It was a rough launch but the problem was the rot on my painted steel trailer. I knew I had some rough spots on it and was going to take care of them in the fall. The spot that gave way was on the underside of a weld, where I didn't even know I had a problem. Well I was extremely lucky that this happened at the launch and not out on the highway. I relaunched the boat and borrowed a trailer from family member's marina. I am grateful that they helped me out. Those of you who have the older trailers that are just painted steel, please take some time in between trips and give them a once over. My boat is now on a rack waiting for a new trailer.
  20. Well said, couldnt have said it better myself...
  21. Well there were 3 people on the boat I'm guessing this was in Mass., so they can each legally keep 2 fish over 28". Its a shame better measures need to be taken to preserve that resource. The numbers are in a free-fall and have been for a long time.
  22. Sorry for your loss. I can't imagine not having my Dad around. I hope the road gets easier for you ahead.
  23. I have fished that a few times. You need to "know a guy" to get on that lake. It is about as private as private gets. One of the things that bothers me with access in this state. Gumpas pond, Harris pond, Little Island pond, Long pond, Captains pond, Millville Reservoir, Arlington mill Reservoir, and Shadow lake all in Pelham or Salem not a one having public access.
