I've never been a fan of NASCAR- too many left turns I guess- but I enjoy hearing about the rivalries and on occasion I'll watch part of a race. My favorite part has to be the NASCAR WAGs, though. These boys hit the jackpot when they make it big.

Gotta go with Florida. Best overall fishing in the nation. You move down here, particularly near the east coast and you're going to have a shot not only at bass, but peacocks, sailfish, dolphin, wahoo, snapper, grouper, bonefish, redfish, seatrout, flounder, swordfish, etc., etc., etc. The weather here is better than anywhere in the nation. You can drive home within two days. And almost anywhere you live here in Florida, you'd be no more than an hour away from a major airport. And everyplace flies to Florida. Try saying that about Alabama. Did I mention no state income tax?

I still have two of them. One is red and the other is grey. For some reason I've always been reluctant to cast them. I think because I've never liked how the treble hook sat right on the bottom. Very nice looking lure, though.

Does anyone know where I can bank fish Lake Jackson here in Tallahassee? I've only seen the lake driving by, and I don't even know where to begin.

I'd attach a hollow bodied swimbait with a weighted hook and swim it through the lanes in the rest.

I love this show! Christine and I watch this show every Wednesday. I agree there's no clear cut favorite, but I think it will be between Stefan, Fabio and Jamie. Padma is incredibly hot, though. Casey from a couple seasons ago was too.

Ok, so I've decided to start upgrading my equipment. I've decided on a Carrot Stix Heavy action rod for swimbait and possible pitching, but I need to get a reel to go with it. I have a $200 budget, and I need a left hand retrieve and something strong enough to handle 2 ounce lure sizes and 20-25 lb test line. Can anyone help me with this?

I agree. With the extra cold weather coming through, you're going to definitely see a fish kill, and I'd bet a fairly large one. Hey, at least the LM bass can eat them!
