  1. I think it would be cool if everyone tried to post a different bass video in this thread. So im not a dumb looking hypocrite, someone tell me how to post a video. i did it once, but it was pure luck. anyways i got some good ones i would like everyone to see.
  2. In the words of Peter Griffin, " Man, fishing sucked today. All i caught was a tire, an old boot, and this book of cliches."
  3. Hmmm.... I wake up, and low and behold im in middle of nowhere Mexico. I walk out to a prepared authentic mexican breakfast, and a 24 year old spanish rose of a women comes and whisks me away to a mysterious lake. All day i catch double diggie bass, topping it off with a world record 25 pound lunk. Then we turn off the trolling motor and make sweet south american love in the middle of the lake. this might be the wrong forum for this. my mistake.
  4. sup senile.. where in texas do they got ya?
  5. JW, how did you not damage the enviroment of the lake u got the fish from? or was it multiple locations?

Does BASS HAVE to have a sponser in the oil business at all?
  7. First off, welcome to the forum. Second, im not sure that "Florida Bass" get bigger or are harder to catch, that may just be a myth. i WILL suggest to try some live bait though, if your not against it.
  8. I cut my guards alittle above the hook and make the cut in the same direction the hook is going. Also, i usually thin out the bristles about half or alittle less than half, since i still have minimal confidence in my hookset.
  9. Hey RoLo. Ive noticed that bass with no markings (obvious lateral spots) were all caught in murky to very-murky water. why is that?
  10. good ol #194 is my go to color.
  11. try this, its got ALOT of great videos on fishing and huntin http://www.basspro.com/servlet/catalog.CFPage?appID=37&template=video.cfm
  12. Ok my question comes from 2 different things. 1. Alot of bass fisherman will say, "the crankbaits wernt working on the lake today" but, doesnt each bass have a mind of there own? couldnt one bass steer shy of a certain bait, and then another bass could come along and take it? 2.I was bank fishing a jig yesterday, and a school of 3 bass came by, i cast past them, and slowly brought it up right in front of them. they couldnt have cared less. Then 30 minutes later, in the same location, another school came by, and i di the EXACT same thing, and i caught a nice fish. what does this say? :-? i have no clue.

  16. try a finnese jig with a brush hog trailer
  17. cant go wrong using a rod a reel
  18. I bet your boat wouldn't be red HAHA. funny yet gross
  19. I believe this to be so true that it is about the only time ill use a spinnerbait. If the S-bait isnt working the docks very well, ill throw a finnesse jib w/ trailer in a dark natural color, usually a 1/2 oz
  20. Polarized glasses are a must for day fishing anyways, so if your not wearing them already, your at another disadvantage besides eye protection. I say, kill two birds with a pair of polarized shades. 8-)
  21. snt "delayed mortality" and "torture" the same thing?
  22. Oh what the heck. think im just gonna go with this one.
  23. Wow! that sounds like a ridiculous deal.
