I just bought the magnum 6-6 medium action rod. Couldnt pass up 50$

I just use 50 pound power pro my good ol' ugly stick and Mitchell 300 from walmart medium heavy and bread on a spring hook.

Same here, well Im not a father, but my dad and I both bought some rc cars and they are always breaking . I after I dropped over 100 total in parts over some time I decieded to pick up a new hobby, fishing.

I buy 70 Percent of my tackle from Walmart , you just have to look sometimes at wally world.

Ive hear of people trying to catch their rod when they lost it. I always wonder can fish get broken off hooks out of their mouths after a while..

I went to the pond yesterday, caught one on a berkley nightcralwer on a shakeyhead, got severel tugs on 3/8 football head PBJ with christie craw trailer.

Whats the most strange and or intriguing experience you have had out on the water? Mine would intriguing, I lost my hook and worm in a basses mouth then a few casts later, I missed the hookset but I reeled in my old trick worm i had used.

I find places to fish is the most challenging, and most exciting part is buying fishing stuff it is like a rush or something.
