Very first cast of the year I threw a 1/2oz. Brown Chatterbait and landed the biggest bass I've ever caught on that first cast. I'd say its gonna be a good year! Ive caught quite a few so far this year throwing that same chatterbait.

I just recently stocked up on 3.5" tubes and am in the market for a new spinning reel and pole. Any suggestions as to the specifics of the rod, reel, and line to get??

Hey guys, I'm 26 been fishing since I was a young kid. I've always had a love for fishing but here recently in the past couple years I've been acquiring more and more tackle, knowledge, gear, etc. Mainly thanks to you guys and the long winters I'm slowly going broke but learning a lot reading all the forums.
