I've got a Revo SX on a BPS Extreme combo that I paid about $130.00 for total. Didn't buy either one brand new but they're both in excellent condition and work great.

Buddy I feel your pain. It was snowing here in north central MA Thur night. Lakes in the area are still frozen for the most part. Highs are expected in the low 40s and lows in the 20s still so it'll probably be about another 1-2 wks before they're fishable. Hang in there, we're almost at the bottom of the hill.

I'm going to go throw all my gear away now and switch to pan fish. lol. Great fish man. That really is the stuff dreams are made of.

yeah, I hear ya. I be sure to ask if bananas are allowed before boarding someone elses boat. lol. I'm not very superstitious about fishing. All the luck I need is between my ears. ;D You sure can't catch fish when your passed out on the deck becuase you didn't eat.

PB and crackers, ham and cheese or bologna and cheese, pringles, bananas. Water or Gatorade to drink.

At over 480,000 posts on the forum there's tons of info to be had. Just a heads up not a rant.

I love to listen to music to relax but when I'm out on a lake Mother Nature wins out over music. I can listen to music when I get back home.

Is there a spot where it looks like there should be a knob or is it not there at all? That sounds kinda wierd. I know the 1003 and 2005 LPs both have tension knobs I can't imagine why the 4007 wouldn't also since all 3 reels are part of the same line.

Really? I think he's one of the very few best actors in the business today. I've never seen a movie of his I didn't like. Speaking of Ed Norton, does anyone know the name of the movie with him and Richard Gere where Gere is a lawyer and there's a huge twist in the end? I want to see it again but don't know the name. I agree with Tokyo, I think Ed Norton is a little underlooked and one of the greats of our time.

I agree with Catt. I don't fish the Strike King but the majority of my lipless baits are Rapalas and Rat-L-Traps and I can't see that one out performs the other. I guess to answer your question I would say go with which ever one you can find cheaper.

If its really cold weather I've got a pair of Merrell hiking boots I wear. Summer if I'm not getting my feet wet I wear a pair of New Balance tennis shoes.
