  1. remember big stores buy them buy them in batches. I used to work for NAPA. and have seen issues where a whole batch of product was bad for what ever reason. it can happen. sorry to here you had problems I personal don't own lews ,but do personally know a couple of pro anglers that love them. DVT is correct some manufactures make for multiple brands. these guys have great recomendations for what ever price range you may want best of luck to you hope you find what feels good to you.
  2. I caught a 3--4 lb bass a couple years back. hot part of summer. hooked her deep she was bleeding bad. thought she would die and did not want to let her go to wast. I normally don't care for bass as a fish to eat. I cleaned her. my wife got the idea to put her on a piece of aluminum foil with edges rolled up. she put garlic butter in it and sprinkeled lemon pepper on the fish. layed it on the grill about medium heat. and grilled until fish flaked apart I think 10 to 15 min. it was absolutely awesome. just another idea, works with other fish as well. hope you enjoy.

  8. fishing with a bobber I use 10 to 12 ft wally marshell because its easier to dab up and down in heavyer cover without getting hung up .and in clearer water especially in stumps lot easier to pic straight up and down with no hang ups.
