Best line for Ned Rigs
I have had no problems with 20lb Smackdown and 6 or 8lb Blue Label or 8lb Tatsu for leaders. Use this on all my 2500 Stradics and NRX spinning outfits. Super sensitive and good knot strength

Been using 20lb for 2 years now on Stradics and it is great to fish with. Great feel and casting distance plus eliminates line twist

Hair Jig and Ned Head high end Rod...
I think you would be surprised as to how well it works with 1/8 and 3/16. I have done a lot of bait checking in my pond to see how well it works with different baits and in my opinion it fishes a little heavier than a 1 power since it is in their JWR series

I just got the NXS 901s JWR and Stradic FL 3000 and its pretty nice. 1/15 oz ned head and Z Man craw, handles it very well. 3 pond bass yesterday in cold water when nothing else worked

New to Ned - Help Please!
I’m using Loomis GLX 821 and 822 shakey head and NRX 852s JWR all work great and 821 should work well for trout. Using 20lb Smackdown with leader. Have fun John
