Keitech Swing Impact Fat 3.8 in green pumpkin and bluegill flash. I've been using it on swim jigs as many others have successfully for years. Not my most productive trailer though. I fish mostly clear and tea colored waters.

I fish mostly in clear water and my main bread and butter is a 3/8" Siebert Swim Jig with a Keitech Swing Impact trailer in some variation of green pumpkin. Other trailers that I have had success with include the Menace and Craw.

I keep my selection simple and multi-use. However, I do pay for quality equipment, lures and soft plastics. This a hobby that I greatly enjoy and I value my time out fishing. If brand x has a product that I use that works better than brand y and costs a little more money, so be it. Keeping it simple has allowed me to effectively and successfully fish the bodies of water around me on a regular basis. Best of luck to you.

My son and daughter have caught numerous bass, sunnies and catfish on chunks of hotdogs. Different bodies of water as well.

It was time to restock. So, I gave in and placed an order for Siebert jigs, RES and Black Fat Impacts.

I use Owner 4/0 or 5/0 Twistlock, 3/32 weight. I use the Moaner Weighted Stroker Hooks as well.

Finding companies that believe in customer service are becoming increasingly difficult to find. One company that is doing it right is Siebert Outdoors. I reached out to Mike thanks to all of the recommendations of this forum. I asked if he could match the colors of four jigs from other companies. He replied within a couple of hours with answers to my questions. Based off of those two things, I placed an order for hand-tied jigs that afternoon. I sent a request for an eta for the product after 10 pm yesterday, not expecting an answer until later today. I checked my email first thing this morning and Mike answered me at 11:50 pm. That's right, 11:50 pm. That type of service, combined with a great, affordable product equals a lifetime customer.

It all started with my dad and my grandpa. Countless memories. From there, it was Bill Dance, Hank Parker and Roland Martin. I will never forget how excited I was as a kid to watch them.
