stren braid vs. power pro.
Just bought another spool of Sufix braid today and i've had good luck with it before so i havent seen a reason to switch its strong and casts great

Least expensive lure, you have best luck with?
Couple weeks ago fishing hot side of lake anna caught a fish with a spot remover in its mouth, and i'm still catching fish on the jighead. Actually convinced me to buy a few packs of them too. I think the baitmonkey put the jighead there on purpose.

I know someone that replaced his rear trebles on his jitterbug with single hooks and says he gets better hook ups with it.

Best Spinnerbait
I'm the same way like I can't find one on the shelf that I could see myself throwing thats why i liked the glamour shad was because it was a higher end bait with better components and also was made locally, or rather locally to me Newport News VA, opposed to the more mass produced baits you find on the shelves. Munkin can you upload a picture of the spinnerbaits you have made?

Shimano faith is dented
There is alot of great humor on this thread talking about fishing with Pfluegar instead of Shimano ;D ;D ;D I can't stop laughing sorry

favorite lucky craft pointer
My favorites have to be Ghost Minnow and Chartruese Shad, American Shad is good too, and I fish alot of the 100 series but like the Slender Pointer as well.

Best Spinnerbait
Let see they run perfectly tuned out of the package have high quality components, I love their 1/8oz bait because it casts like a 1/4oz but you can fish them alot slower. They give off alot of flash and vibration and have high quality skirts, and the fact that they sell baits with Indiana blades as well. Also they have a minnow head design with 3D eyes.

Best Spinnerbait
Thrown titanium wire spinnerbaits and don't particularily like them because you cant tune the bait, and I have a couple from heavy cover I just havent had a chance to throw them yet.

Dicks sporting goods
I hate the stereotype of being the high schooler because thats what i always get identified as, I'm 20 years old and work at Gander Mtn because I like the atmosphere, the people, and my love of fishing, but often times I am the one that is often discriminated against because of age. I'm not very old I know this, but I have been fishing since I was 3, I am on the water over 70 days a year and know whats what in fishing but because of my age customers almost seem to look down on me as being an "ignorant youngster". Its the same way when I go places like Bass Pro they look at me differently and often times will not even acknoledge me while looking at reels but rather go help an older gentleman that gets there after me. I apologize for the rant but this is something that has irritated me for a while. -The funny thing is all of the older guys in the department ask me to help with selling the fishfinders and GPS though so I guess being young isn't always the worst thing.

Shimano Vs Daiwa Baitcasters
Both are great high quality reels and can't go wrong with either one I fish with all Shimano mainly the older Curados but have nothing against Daiwa, I've fished shimano never had problems with them and had really good customer service with getting parts from them, so for me its alot about a good reel, good service, and brand loyalty. Although for the price the Advantage HST is one heck of a little reel i've used them a few times when fishing with one of my buddies, thats all he has is daiwa.

More bearings the better?
The Shimano fans will say no. NO... and everything Raul said, bearings are often times used to disguise a bad reel like it has 10 bearings but bad components, such as gears etc. And definetely the higher quality bearing used the better the reel, quality is alot better than quantity.

Anyone Ever Use This?
I have used a fenwick HMX series and its a really nice rod the feel of it but other than that im not sure i've felt the GT series but never fished with them
