  1. Excellent advice, seeing that you are having them that often that is far from the norm. Are they migraines or pressure headaches? Any chance you are dehydrated? Eyes feel strained? Hope all is well and see a doctor.

  4. If you are talking the Bass pro's it won't start back up till spring. Season one is on dvd though.
  5. No problems falling asleep normally just wake up a ton of times.(stressed) Bendryl works well at knocking you out though if you need some sleep just don't take it all the time. Its for allergies but works great as a sedative

  9. Depends on the day sometime a couple then go without. Once summer hits it is hard to be on the computer. Helps pass the time at work reading though

    You could do this below which is what I do when traveling in my hotel room when there isn't a gym around. It may sound easy put do it several times and it is a good workout. 1) Prisoner Squat (12 repetitions) 2) Elevated Pushups (8 reps per side) 3) Single-Leg Deadlift (10 reps per side) 4) Close-grip Pushups (As many reps as possible) 5) Jumping Jacks (30-60 reps) 6) Cross-Body Mountain Climber (12 reps per side) then repeat several times. Also do a search for " Craig Ballantyne " on you tube he has a ton of videos on body weight and other simple exercises. Here is on here: or even easier and no equipment needed
  17. I read an end of the world theory book called 5-5-2000. It pretty much said the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn will be aligned with the Earth and her Moon. On that day the ice at the South Pole will upset the Earth's axis--sending trillions of tons of ice and water sweeping over the surface of our planet. Needless to say it didn't happen was interesting theory though. Well good read when you have free time Can't worry about what you can't control I guess is what I have always thought.

  19. Just try not to bounce your weight around to often like a yo yo. It is hard on your system. Best of luck and good idea to enjoy the Holidays before starting. Food intake and exercise is key. Take some before pics and use them for motivation when you hit a slump.
