Scrutch don't be discouraged if you don't see immediate deep shine. The first application, if you are putting on a glass boat, may put a question mark on your face. You may see a filmy substance as you apply. This is the BTS removing old wax from the clearcoat. Dont be alarmed. You will begin to see a very deep shine on you second and third applications. good luck

They don't normally make it to Michigan until the first week of May or so. Usually by mothers day they are ready to be picked. Can't wait. sauteed in butter with garlic and salt/pepper in a cast iron skillet then placed on top of a juicy chargrilled Ribeye.........

I have heard different explanations as to why this happens. 1. I have been told that this is caused by handling the fish and removing their slime coating. It is like a sunburn to a fish. 2. I have also heard that this is very common with fish that are in a very healthy environment and is like birthmark on healthy fish I can't say which may be true or false. However, I have never caught a fish that had these markings that looked ill or unhealthy.

I agree. My wife must lower the liftgate to back the trailer. She says its easier to see. And, she is a rookie at best. But whatever helps you. There is no right or wrong way as long as it gets in and out of the water properly and quickly. Quickly being the key word.

I have always been of the "I don't look in the mirrors crowd. I put my left hand at the 12oclock position, look over my right shoulder when backing the trailer. I simply turn the wheel in the direction I am looking at and want the trailer to go. (looking out the back window I want trailer to go to the left, turn wheel left, or counter clockwise. To make trailer turn to the right, when looking out the back window, turn wheel right or clockwise.) Have never had an issue but practice does make perfect.

Glenn You are Correct! BTS is hands down, the best product I have ever used on my boat. It adds a glasslike finish to the clearcoat and water runs right off. When using this product I only have to wipe down the boat when trailering it up and the shine will last for weeks. I only have to use this product about once a month or so. Your boat will never look better. I use it on seats, tires, truck, car, bikes, etc. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!!! Any word on another BR discount coming up????

There is no exact science to skipping baits. PRACTICE PRACTICE IMO it is easier to skip with spinning tackle. Let the bait hang about 8-10 inches from the rod and try to skip the bait like a rock. Generally, I have found that a more sidearm cast works best. Keep trying

I have a 10yr old. Just remember that no matter how badly you want to stay and fish when he says hes done, its time to go or at least let him idle the boat around for awhile. The last thing you want him to remember about fishing with dad in the boat is that he was stuck out there for hours having no fun....

Absolutely have the state game and wildlife come out to survey your land. If everything is ok and the land has the ability to hold the watershed there is also a good chance that you may be able to get state funding for improving habitat. However, if you don't contact the state fish and game agency you could be in some hot legal problems for the same issues.

Practice Practice Practice. It takes me maybe 5 minutes to put the boat in by myself. You just have to get a routine and never waver from it. Then practice it. Any deviation from it will assuredly lead to missing drain plug, leaving boat attached to trailer, etc.

Glenn You are correct. the remaining locations are being set up for purchase from an outside buyer. The rest of us are being sold piece by piece like a garage sale. Unfortunately, no severence packages were given to any employees except myself and my sales director. Time to update the ol resume and join the 26% unemployment michigan workforce.
