  3. You shouldn't have to worry about how to price it.... Just ship it to me, I will gladly float you $50 so you don't have to ever worry about the hassle of posting it on one of the flea market sections. :o
  4. Thanks for the help guys. I found them at Champion Trailers.com Exact same size and dimensions
  5. Anyone know where I could find brackets? My 96 Stratos trail busted 3 bunk brackets. They seem like a pretty common size. 3" by 3" L shape with two holes on one side to screw into the wood bunk and One for the bolt on the other.
  6. Ribbed for pleasure :D :D
  7. This lake is fairly easy to fish as it has a ton of fishy looking cover, stumps, trees, shoreline, road beds etc. Try the main lake points and the sunken road bed. Normal tackle applies: Fat Ikas, senkos, cranks. We have done well running cranks across the roadbed and by the dam. Good Luck. I actually going home next weekend and plan on fishing it as well. My family lives 5 minutes away in Mason
  8. Yes mostly LMB and SMB. The Ohio river and its tributaries has some very good bass fishing as well. From Ludlow, Brookville lake is only about 1 to 1.5 hours away about 60-70 miles i think.
  9. I remember when I was a kid watching a Rolan Martin fishing show where he was wading a lake (probably Okechobee) and fishing for lunkers with a silver minnow rigged exactly the same way. In fact, you can still see the MOnster he caught during that taping at the beginnig of his show in the lead ins funny.....
  10. Big Mike Armco park just went public this year. It is a 112acre lake that is electric only. You can also rent johns with a trolling motor for like $20 daily. This lake has some good fishing unless it has already been pilfered by the john Q public. IMO it should be catch/release only. There have been some 5-7lbs taken out of there including a 6lb smallie. Good Luck
  11. I am from Cincy but now live in Michigan. For Lake fishing head just over the boarder to Brookville in IN. Ceaser creek, Paint Creek, East Fork all all fairly close but have terrible boat traffic. For river fishing, try the Little Miami. Good SMB fishery Also, Where are you located in Cincy?
  12. Your Gimble mount has holes in the bottom. These holes match up to the rectangle on the Ram Mount. Just screw em in, tighten them down and go fishing.
  13. Nearest lake = 1.2 miles 1085acre lake. Lake St.Clair = 60 miles About the only GOOD thing about being in Michigan is abundance of good fishing and hunting. Everything else =
  14. just dropped her off. Thanks for the info guys. Also, is there a "cure" for heat soak? I can't tell you all how valuable the information is that is communicated here on a daily basis. Not only for boat maintanence but everything water related. I can only hope that I can help someone else out at some point to return the favor.
  15. Thanks for clearing that up... YOU SICKOS ;D ;D I guess that did sound odd. Can't believe I didn't catch that when typing. Yes the aroma of skyline coneys, finely shredded chedder cheese, oyster crackers and hot sauce. MMMMMMM can't wait to go home.. BTW Field and Stream or Outdoor Life just mentioned the little miami as one of the top smallie rivers in the mid west. Can't remember which I read it in.
  16. The bite has definately been tough so far. Then Again, I'd rather catch a bunch of smallies over LM any day. Headin up north next week fishing my way down from Hillman to Fenton and can't wait to see some bronze
  17. I spoke to the mechanic today. He stated that it could be a "shift switch"???? I don't even know what that is... I'm taking her in on Wed. God help me if he has it for another four weeks.
  18. Okay folks, you all have been fantastic in regards to helping me figure out issues in the past so here goes: In previous posts I stated that my motor was stalling under load. It starts right up cold, idles down, runs fine. When you turn the motor off to fish for awhile, turn it back on it starts fine. Then, when you throttle it will shut off, no sputtering, no coughing, just quits. I took her in and the shop put her on the Dyno, said they couldn't get it to stall and it ran at a perfect 5500 Rpm. Now I am questioning the shop because after they "couldn't" find anything wrong I took it to the lake the day I picker her up and without fail, STALLED, just as before. To me, it sounds as if it is not getting fuel, can't be. Wouldn't the Dyno test show this though? :-/ Any help is greatly appreciated and Thanks
  19. Other than tinkering and trial and error. What books, videos, manuals can I utilize to become more mechanically inclined at fixing minor issues with my motor? (150 johnson)Can you all suggest a few things? As you have said in previous posts, " better to learn to fix it yourself than toss money down the toilet" :-/
