Birthday Bassing With Dwight

I was able to get out today on Lake Okeechobee with, famed Bass Resource celebrity, Dwight!  We didn't end up launching until around 9 A.M., but fished until about 3 P.M. We figured that the lake would not be packed, but when we pulled into "the spot" we found  6 boats scattered throughout the area.  Nevertheless, we did not lose faith and proceeded to lay a wuppin’ on the bass while bystanders looked befuddled.  The great part was covering water that everyone else fished only to catch fish consistently. Dwight had a nice 5lb chunk on that tossed his frog after coming out of heavy weeds and going airborne. I was able to land, with Dwight's assistance, this beauty.  We ended up catching 28 total fish and lost only a few!  Our biggest five went 16-17lbs.
