Help Finding Name Of This Lure..

Featured Replies

It looks like a small jighead..maybe 1/8 or 3/16 ounce

it has a piece of plastic on it that almost looks like a small spinnerbait trailor with a small coloroado blade attached to the hook...

almost like an underspin or sorts...except the head of it is flat not round

anyone know what it might be?

I was out fisihing today in the snow and my buddy caught a 3lb bass on it.....

Ummmm ask your buddy!  lol  J/K   Draw a picture of the lure.  Then post it up.  I'm just not putting together in my head what you're explaining.

Close but its not...it has that same style of plastic grub piece but no wire...just the jighead with the colorado blade put on the hook with a barrel swivel and a small piece of rubber to keep it from falling off

If its similar to a beetle spin but without the wire it sounds like a stumpjumper to me

Sounds like a Charlie Brewer "Whirly Bee" to me. Do a search for Charlie Brewer and you will find pictures. IMHO a grear early season Smallie lure.

Yes its a great lure for inactive bass it seems, the fall is very slow and the little colorado gets some good vibration and flash going
