I like to use soft plastics, from everything i've read/watched i think flouro or braided is what i want. I think flouro will be better for me, but asking to make sure im not wrong. Where i have been fishing normally does have a lot of plants/vegetation. And if i should be using flourocarbon what are some good brands? I know with braided seems like everyone either uses Power Pro or Sufix 832.

Im not a fluro user but I know a lot of people recommend Seaguar Invizx

Fluorocarbon Seaguar InvizX or AbrazX are both great lines for what you are wanting to do.

Been useing 15# Invisix for 3 years now for all plastics and light jig's, and I've found no reason to switch.

I don't know that there's a line you should be using, as there's no one right answer. I've been using braid for everything, but I have my reasons. Before braid I used mono. Never used fluoro, but I'm sure that'll work too. You should probably learn about the properties of each line type and then decide which is right for you.

I've used Sufix Invisiline and Seaguar Invizx and the Sufix is fine, but does require line conditioner whereas the Invizx does not. The invizx does have a bit of stretch as far as fluoro goes, but it's sensitivity is unmatched. If you have ANY presentations that fall on slack line, I would shy away from braid for those purposes, but that is just my opinion. I have felt bites with fluoro while picking out a backlash, but braid requires you to watch the line intensely.

For the cover your suggesting i would go with abrazx to make sure your line is not fraying bad. Also as was mentioned the abrazx wont have the stretch either but i dont think you can go wrong with any seaguar jmo.
