Yes, that motor doesn't have the soft start feature and the GO button is on the wrong side of the foot pedal, LOL.

Good motor though, I don't like them.

Yep, but I could not fish for two minutes without having to pull the motor and clear the prop with the standard 3 blade power prop.

I hope your TM luck changes with the MK. MK is the only brand I've ever used and have never had an issue...knock on wood
