First Spinnerbait Bass

Featured Replies

Hey Everybody!

I know its not huge or anything like that, but here goes the first bass I've caught on a spinnerbait. Gotta say I wasn't expecting to catch anything because of how cold it has been getting.

Caught it at Lake Howard in Alabama.

Congrats! Spinnerbaits can be surprisingly effective in some pretty cold water at times.

Congrats! Spinnerbaits can be used anywhere and anytime.

Spinnerbaits are great. Keep at it. Sometimes a spinnerbait bite feels like it will rip your arm out. Nice job!

Like everybody else said, spinners are very versatile baits. Stick with them. They've become a lot of what I do

Well done! I threw one last year (yeah, that says a lot), and got several hits/bumps on it, but no catches.

Maybe I'll catch a spinnerbait bass one of these years, LOL. Keep it up!!

Congrats it's always good getting your first fish on a new bait!

Thanks y'all! Oh Siebert Outdoors, I got my jigs in the mail the other day, and they looked amazing.

Nice, my first ever bass that i actually lipped, was on a spinner bait this past fall.
