More Than Incredible Strength.

I believe he was 24 years old when this video was made. This man rocked 600 like it was nothing. The even more impressive stat is: 495lbs @16 reps. To top that one 405lbs @27 reps.

This man is a straight up BEAST!!! Let's see the acrobatic lifter in the other video top that.

The video CT Fletcher smashes the Hulk. Is also a quite good video. However I can't post it hear due to language used.

Still not impressed. I guess I'm just not impressed by people who have no life other than doing one particular thing.

Just like all these professional athletes who do great things. If LeBron scores 40, I'm not impressed. That is all he does, he should be good at it.

I guess I am just a lame duck and there isn't much that impresses me.

Bo Jackson, Deion Sanders, Brian Jordan. Now those guys impressed me. Playing 2 sports at the highest level is quite an accomplishment. Some dude being super buff or super strong really doesn't mean squat to me.

I have to say I'm impressed because I have a perception of what is within human boundaries, and whenever I see people doing things that shatter those boundaries I'm impressed by mankind's knowledge, skills, and power. It just shows me what's possible. I live life thinking what I see daily is what's possible but videos like these just remind me what I see daily is just what's normal, nowhere near what's possible. For example, I'm overwhelmed by the video posted a while back showing people wearing flying suits and reaching speeds of near sonic proportions, outside and free of any type of aircraft, literally flying unassisted as if they were Superman.

Even being on gear he still had/has to put in an insane amount of work to lift that much and be that big. The juice is just a tool to achieve the impossible. Least that's my take on it.

I hear you and I too can appreciate when hard work is put in.

But we both know just by looking at the man, listening to him, realizing that he's at the Gym at 4 am -

There's an additional layer here that only comes during those special times.

Hope his liver holds up.

Let me add to my post. I think lifting that amount of weight is impressive. However, just by looking at the guy, you wouldn't expect him to dunk a basketball. You would expect him to lift weights.

I don't think the guy in the video would allow an Asian restaurant owner to run him out with a soup ladel.

Cool video. He's on the juice for sure.

Of course he wouldn't. The man couldn't run out of the restaurant. Those muscles weren't made for running.

I thought the same thing about Big Bear I believe his name is Antonio Bryant. He was a defensive tackle for Alabama. Biggest legs I've ever seen in my life. That man can/could two hand dunk a basketball from a flat footed vertical jump. Sometimes those big guys will surprise you.

I know that's right. Besides he probably eats ladel weilding resturant owners just to meet his post work out protein needs.

I understand exactly what you are saying. He is most definitely a one trick pony.
