Best Trolling Motor Plug For My Setup?

i am having to move my 2 batteries(24v) to the rear of my boat. i am using 6 awg fro my batteries to my plug. the wire on the motor is 10awg. it is a 65lbs thrust minn-kota. all the plugs i have found have been 10awg on both side and i dont want the wire behind the plug getting hot under my deck.
