New Guy From Se Mass.

Featured Replies

hello. im new to the site. im from south eastern mass.Any fellow mass fisherman here??

i have been fishing for about 6 years now.  still learning alot.i have a nice assortment of lures. but usually throw a 7 inch yellow tail and have great success.  im a canoe fisherman (its all i got). i have a flat bottom boat but no way to transport it. lol  my canoe goes on my car roof.

any day fishing is a good day. if i can put just one fish in the boat, mission success and everything else is icing on the cake. this is my first year for really exploring new waters. so im learning how to fish other areas other than my two weed ponds i usually call home.

looking forward to getting to know you all here on the forums. hope to make some fishing partner. i would be up for filling a seat if you have a good spot. or ill have an opening.    thanks for reading.  keep your lines tight!

thanks.    can you suggest any good locations?

Wareham-Glen Charlie Pond

Carver-Sampsons Pond

Plymouth-Long Pond, and Great Herring Pond, good smallmouth

Bourne-Bumps Pond, small but some good fish there

Taunton-Sabbatia

Bridgewater-Nippinicket

I'll try to think of more, it's been a few years. Didn't fish much towards Fall River. Look for forum threads about fishing in SE Mass, plenty of good ideas
