Heard good about both rods, I'd go with the duckett personally for some of its features, I don't think you'd be disappointed with either rod

Both great rods.  Based on feel I would say the duckett ghost is lighter and probably a litter better balanced.

Ford vs Chevy, Samsung vs. Apple, Diawa vs. Shimano, Abu vs. Duckett.

 

I personally think it's just your opinion. They're both great companies, both in the same price range, just give your loyalty to one or the other (or both!).
