Hey Matt,

Welcome to br you may want to change your username to hogzilla because those are some hogs. Nice work.

Welcome to the forums. For my sake, I'm going to pretend those are all pictures of the same fish. I'm so jealous of you Florida guys and your "winters." On a serious note, nice fish!

Nice fish bro! Welcome to the boards! What did they weigh?

PB between 0-1 pounds yeah right..

thanks guys. I rarely weigh my fish unless I know they double digit or just a giant. most of the fish in the photos are 5-7lb range. one over eight. im still looking for my slob this year. I don't get many fish under 4lbs on those baits and one spot I fish, the common schoolies run 4-6lbers ( no joke ).

Crazy!  Are those baby bass the 8" or 12"?

Nice fish! I haven't had much luck in South Florida but I can see they are active in Jupiter

Congrats and welcome!

NICE FISH!! Nice setup also, those lexas are beasts.

yea I like it for the most part. the one problem is when I really huck a bait out hard, the weight of the power handle will slip into gear and the line will either break or the gears will really take a beating. so because of that I think im going to be switching in the near future.

that is the 8" baby bass line thru. that was my oldest bait I had bought and I must have got 70+ fish on it before I retired it!

Yea the C3 abu with the power handle has the same issue, have you thought of replacing it with the regular paddle handles? Also Ive read that if you have the power handle with the handle knob forward(towards the tip) or pointed downward (towards the ground with reel being parallel with the ground) on a cast its less likely to engage. On a side note I just ordered a Okuma Komodo 350 to replace my setup, might wanna check em out. Wally world has em the cheapest... Ill have it Friday so any questions lemme know. Welcome aboard!

Order the new 2014 Shimano Conquest! In 400 size, palms like 200 w normal paddle grips!

okuma komodo is my next reel!

They make Big Lexa 400's with regular handles as well... I bet you could call Daiwa and get one for yours... Assuming they fit interchangeably.
