Has anybody used Gander Mountain's house brand fluorocarbon line? Looking for impressions and opinions. It's pretty reasonably priced.

Im interested about it too. It says on the box that is manufactured by Sunline, so i have high hopes for it, but hesitant to pull the trigger as well.

I guy at my local gander mountain, that I trust, said it was similar to Trilene 100%.  He had tried the 10lb and said it was good for bait casters but not so great for spinning gear.  Based on what he said, it may be worth a try.

I bought a spool, but have yet to try it out. I saw the graphic on the packaging that said it was made by Sunline, and that made me grab it. I'll have it on before long, and will report back with my thoughts.

I just spooled 50 pound gander braid on my punching rod and backed a few others, and so far it seems pretty good. The color wears off real easy though. After spooling I could see green on my fingers, and that was without water contact. I got out a few times in FL this spring break and it seemed just like Powerpro so I guess we will see how it holds up.
