If I'm not mistaken, they are just on 1 island, in 1 lake, Lake Wilson.  also some bass in the streams and creeks connecting to the lake

I looked up the Hawaiian state record LM and its over 9 lbs. SM is over 4 lbs. Not bad.

It's a odd place as within the same day you can catch Largemouth, Smallmouth, an Peacock bass.  The lake has Largemouth and Peacock Bass, while the streams have smallmouth

Id show lake Wilson what a shad rap and swim jig looks like.

I'd love to see more Hawaiian bass picture. Never even thought about bass there.

Would be nice to catch peacock bass, largemouth bass, and smallmouth bass all in the same day then go diving in the same day.

You know it. Wonder who it was from?  ?

Is it true that you do not have to have a license to fish in Hawaii?
