TM Circuit Breaker...

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

Quick question here Im pretty sure but just wanted to double check, with you guys here on the forums. I have a 24V 74LB Thrust Minn Kota Maxxum. I need to replace my in line Circuit Breaker for it. Am I correct in remembering that this should be a 50amp circuit breaker? I cant remember and there are no markings on the breaker telling me otherwise.

50's are what mine has and is close to same size as yours.

Try to get the style that resets itself when it cools down a little.

Cabelas sells the Minn Kota breakers (60) amp for about 40-50 bucks.

what size would be suitable for a 46lb 12v motorguide trolling motor?

50 amp is what you need as well.  I have a 50lb thrust and it will blow a 40 every now and then, was told by manufacturer that 50 is what should be used.
