Hey guys, What do you think are the pro's cons of this unit on an 18' Nitro 700LX? I don't know the exact shaft length off hand. Anyone heard of the crossover capabilities of a saltwater series used in freshwater? Doesn't seem like it would matter to me. Anyone have any exprience with these?

    The difference between saltwater/freshwater series is the cost & the color  :-/

    I run a freshwater series Minn Kota in saltwater with absolutely no problems  :o
