Question about Insight Genesis

Good day. I have uploaded some sonar recordings of my local lake to IG. When the files were uploaded, I could see a message saying something like "2 files processing"... But it has been almost a week now, and the map has not been created, nor can I see my files anymore... should I try uploading them again? I havent used IG for about a year, but IIRC something changed, I cant change language (it is in spanish, and even though I am mexican I prefer English for these things), and I cant seem to mae it work anymore... I see, however, the greeting message saying I recorded 109 acres... 

 

I also see some of my recordings from before that have a tag "public trip - not in socal map"... which i think is because there is a water level difference between my recordings and somebody else's, since this lake varies a lot... 

 

But the new records from last week are nowhere to be seen...
