Experienced Fisherman Looking For Tips For First Tournament!

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I have been fishing for years and years but I have yet to participate in a tournament. This summer I have plans to compete in multiple tournaments at a lake in mid Michigan. Anyone have tips for a first tournament? It would be greatly appreciated!

Chippewa lake in mecosta county

If you can, pre-fish.

I went in cold on the Big Bass Tour last year on my home lake. I’ll not do that again.

We all know conditions change daily, I would still like to know what was going on yesterday rather than nothing at all.
