I assume it was owned by the Mafia and they used it to dump bodies in the water and now they need to get rid of it quick before the Feds find it.

Overall, I would suggest picking it up.

It really sounds like a good deal.

I think most people, when thinking of a 9, envision their rods, battery, lunch and tackle at the bottom of the lake.
