This is an intriguing looking new product. Is a wooden Sammy 100 better than a standard one?

    The Lucky Craft wooden Sammy that I have is about 10 years old now a gift from my son. Just looking at it and no markings, it's Shad color 4" long and still working good, my go to top water lure.
