Why has there never been a bass master classic on Toledo bend?

 

i don’t ever remember one

 

TB is a huge lake perfect for a classic
 

They did lots of lousy locations like texoma not even really known as lmb lake 

What is needed:

1) a big commitment from a community (upfront money)

2) large convention center

3) lots of hotel rooms

4) restaurants

5) a big population center nearby

Shreveport is close, and it has a big stadium that holds 14,000 in CenturyLink Arena, it's about as far as they drive from Grove OK to Tulsa when they fish Grand, there's plenty of restaurants near there, and plenty of hotels.  It could work.  It's all about the money though.  There's a reason why it's on the same lakes over and over.

It's been held in Shreveport twice, on the Red River.

Nowdays, good cell signal is a must for live cams and basstrak
