Rod shipping tubes

PVC.

Pricing depends more on size that weight when shipping rods.

1.5" or 2" for casting, 3" for spinning.

The length of the tube + circumference cannot exceed 106" or 108", can't recall which, or you'll get hammered on oversize fees.

I've got the hard-wall cardboard tubes that I got rods delivered to me saved up in case I ever have to ship one out.

108" max - over that and the price skyrockets.

Not pvc schedule 40 but 3” perforated drain pipe.  Lighter than cardboard or PVC but steady than cardboard. As long as you not exceed, I believe 8’, you can ship 2 days priority. The bad part is cost to buy.
