Very true.  Thanks to everyone for making this a great site.  I enjoy learning from all and it makes the winter go by quicker when I can live vicariously through others that are still catching!

I helped moderate a large sports forum for a decade and I can tell you there is a lot of work behind the scenes keeping a forum alive and running well. Combating spam is a full time job in itself. Glenn and crew do a great job

I'm not getting on a horse. Rode a little bit growing up and them stupid, spooky things aren't my idea of a fun time. I could pull off something like this.

The mods here are fantastic.  I have gotten caught up in a heated discussion (maybe more correctly referred to as an argument) before and typed something I shouldn't have.  I think it was the only time I bumped up against some moderation and it was handled nicely.

 

This site has wonderful moderation, tone, and population.  There are very, very few forums as enjoyable!

Maybe they just haven’t found a horse that swims fast enough to catch fish. ?
