Spooled my finesse rod with 15lb power pro. I’ve used this line many times but maybe I just never noticed it. Used it for the first time today straight braid no leader with a weedless ned rig. When I got home and retied I noticed the line was twisted looking/coiled. My dad said it could be because the line is still new and a little stiff from the coating. OCD kicking in should I worry about thus? Didn’t get any wind knots. Line seemed to perform ok just a bit stiff 

The OG PP is stiff and can be really loud going through the guides.  It wears in and softens up a little after a while.  

If the line is twisted you'll notice a big difference between the texture of the first 20 feet or so and the line deeper in the spool.  You will notice it wanting to twist around the tip if theres a decent twist in the line.  The stiffness of OG PP resist twisting, but if you rig something crooked and dont realize the bait is spinning right away it cant twist fairly fast.  

Its an easy fix if it is twisted.  Cut the lure off and put the line in a stream with current, open the bail and let the twisted line feed out in the current.  Once you get to straight line close the bail and let the twist work itself out in the current.  You can do the same in a boat too.

Yeah it’s not twisting around the tip or anything honestly the only reason I noticed it was because I was re tying a bait on when I got home .

All line twists especially spinning gear, even braid. I’ve  had this happen to me with new power pro on spinning Reels. Once the line breaks in it seems to go away…plus if it’s not negatively impacting performance I wouldn’t worry about it 

Any very thin braid will twist with a spinning reel if you’re not careful.
If you’re closing the bail by hand and sure it’s not anything you’re doin, just give it a squirt of KVD conditioner. 
It’ll lay down just fine

When you retrieve a Ned Rig rapidly to cast again, it often twist the line bvecause it's so light.

I use braid on my spinning gear and yes, it does twist but does cast fine and doesn't birds nest so I don't worry about it.  Just my opinion. Tight lines my friend.

You should Always fish spinning tackle with a swivel.  

The line will straighten out twist while you fish.  

 

Braid twists as much as anything else. It just doesn’t react as badly. Troll it out like any other line and reel it in tight again. Good to go

If you are at home tie on a good ball bearing swivel to the end, attach it to a stable object and let at least 50 yards of line out and make it extremely taut. Let the line straighten itself out and then reel it in.

Tried pp before and hated it.  15lb braid in daiwa j braid does not line twist much and is very limp ! I use that on the few spinning setups I have including Ned rig with no issues. Suffix 832 isn’t to bad either but isn’t as limp.   Swivel isn’t needed at all unless you are maybe throwing a small whopper plopper or something. 

Well, you've had a lot of responses and no one has mentioned this so maybe I'm way off, but part of your issue is in your first sentence.  15lb braid for finesse?  I use 4lb - 6lb.  Also curious about your rod specs.  A rod that doesn't match your technique won't cause line twist, but it will cause your line to not flow through the line guides properly and cause "wind knots".
