We got a 3 dog limit unless you're a licensed breeder or kennel

Down there maybe - up here, the city has all kinds of restrictions of what I can and can't do with/on my property...and no, I'm not in an association - those 'people' are just crazy.

Thats why I threw in the world “typically,” just for places like that haha
