Def have the mindset, but right now lack the time. Should be fun to try in retirement or maybe during winter months.

That’s kinda my plan. I’m pretty busy as well generally. But this will give me something to do in the snow months

So how many skirts have you put together so far?

I’ve made 3 that I’m actually happy with. Messed one up. Went back and started messing with wire tying instead of the rubber collar

makes the cost literally less than half of buying a jig

Lurepartsonline I got 250 jigs for 60 bucks, this puts a full jig tied and done for under a buck. Not seconds or weird noname hooks, legit jig heads.

Looks good bro, keep experimenting, try some live rubber, try some feathers

Oh man very nice! I’ll check them out also!!

I really wana experiment with rubber. I’ve never even fished a living rubber jig.  But I really want to mess with it. It’s a totally different presentation. And thank you.

Don't forget about fishingskirts.com

It has been mentioned here before, check out the builds section. Inspiring.

I’ve been ordering from them for years.  I just ordered 200 Dalmation tabs this morning.
