Does anybody own a Diawa Tierra? I was thinkin' about gettin' one in the spring. They look like a good quality reel.

I have one going into it's 2nd season.  Best reel I ever bought for $130,...on all fronts.  Flawless.

I bought one for my nephew last year and it has seen its fair share of abuse from a 14 y/o and its still going strong. Been dunked in the water more times than I can count.

Definetly a great quality reel!!!!

have 2, a 2500 and a 1500. paid 110 for one and 90 for the other and i dont regret it a bit. they arent a sol, but then again they arent priced like a sol either.
