I don't know if they are real, but they have Curados for 160.  I just got them for 150 from Simmons Sporting Goods.  So it is possible.

I've never heard of them. I'm in northern NJ, btw.

Well, they don't sell Loomis rods, so they could be out to sell items that they can openly discount, in order to build a volume oriented business. But that is only speculation. I don't think their prices are that great. But they are better than some sale prices I've seen. 10-15% markdown is kind of a standard "sale" price on a lot of midrange priced reels.

I see curados for $150 most places. Not that great, just average.

I'd assume they're legit. I wish they had a better rod selection.

Seems like a good price on the Abu Premier - $199.99.  I don't follow Abu much, is that a good price?.

I guess I haven't noticed other places with Curados and Premiers for $50 off.

Simmons sporting goods sales curados for $150.00.  I spoke with Peter when I called.  Very helpful.  There online store has several great prices.  They are a lot closer to us than NJ.  Should have your order in 2-3 days.

I believe in order to recieve a rebate you must purchase at MSRP. thats how they getcha.

Call and ask Peter if the 149 Curado's are eligilble for rebate.  He will be honest with you.
