Owners,

Does your TE200GT make a clicking noise when you reel it and hold it a certain way?  But if you change the angle or even if you hold it upside down, the noise goes away?

Or is it quiet all the time.  Mine is makeing a slight tick tick tick noise as I reel.  Dunno if that is normal, doesn't effect the smoothnes or anything.  >

Nope, it needs to be serviced.

Sounds like the return kicker plate and return kicker arm are making the noise. Could have lost the spring.

Maybe I'll open it up and check her out. I was thinking the Assist stopper pawl may be the culprit.

Then again, probably take it down the street as I work in Irvine to see if they can hook me up with the parts for free

Funny thing is it's been doing it ever since I got it.  Oh yeah, ultimate durability... works even with missing parts...awesome.... ;D

If you work in the area then take the reel to them and I'll bet you get a new one. Don't even open it up, just take it in like it is. I have sent reels in to them from here (had the reels marked for id) and had a new reel (no marks) within 48hrs turn around.
