I am considering a Calcutta 200b.  Has anyone here used one and if so did you like it?

It is a fine round reel.

Great reel, what are you going to be using it for? Technique and rod to be placed on?   I have a 200GTB that is my utilitarian reel can do anything from light saltwater to flip a jig.

I am looking for a reel that will work flipping for bass and reds over at the river (Canaveral area).  I was thinking about a 7' MF st.croix rod.

The calcutta should do the trick, I would also consider Daiwa Inshore low profile reel, it may be a little lighter and save you some $$$. A 7ft. med fast action may be a little light for flipping though! At least go medium heavy.
