Hey all,

Just wondering what everyone's opinions are of this paticular reel? I've heard their not a bad quality reel for the price but just wondered what you guys think and if anyone has had any personal experience in using these reels?  I was thinking of picking up one for a possible Crank'in' reel.

its a good piece. bulky and heavy but still a good reel.

really great reels for catfish and striper kinda heavy and big for all day crankin

Garcia® 6000 C3's and C4's great striper, cat, and spoonbill (and other monsters) reels.

For crank'n look at the 5000 series C3' and 4's.. Great work horse reels though no matter what size...

I was also looking at the Ambassadeurs. How would the 4600C4 be? I'd like to have one of these for the heavy duty work. Would this be suitable?I've always been partial to the looks of these reels.

I own 15  c3,s c4,s c5,s some are 20 yrs old and still kickin i recommend these to everyyone
