I am wondering what i should put/keep on my setups.

Right now i have 8lb mono on my spinning reel. I primarily use this combo for plastics and topwater occasionally.

I dont have anything on my other combo which is a Prodigy baitcaster with a 7' Fenwick HMG. Im thinking i should put flouro on it.

I really just dont know much about what lines are the best in certain situations...

put some of that 8 lb. line on the bait caster , if it is not strong enough , move up to 10 or 12 lb. line . go with a good co-poly line like IZORLINE XXX or P-LINE CXX or CX .

I think we would need to know what you throw most of the time to best determine what line suits you properly.

But before RW does it, I would reccommend Yo-Zuri Hybrid in either a 12 lb, or 15 lb for your bait caster. Its a glorious line.  Your 8 lb on your spinning should suffice.
