Just hit the shoals. Fish them shallow at day break...moving to the weedlines (dark water) when the sun comes up. I tend to do better on windy days than calm ones...the smallies tends to stay up on top of the shoals in the wind.

White spinnerbaits. watermellon senkos (imagine that...lol).
